Computer Allowances should be paid to the Storehouse staff as paying like Auditing Department. Because, there are several organisations using manpower for in-house programmes and maintenances of Servers and for other Network jobs.

As our health care system in in a real mess because of shortage of doctors especially specialists and other qualified staff. The basic reason for this is gross under payment. I think the government will open eyes to see the ground realities and adequately compensate doctors according to qualification, and beyond the arbitrary barriers of ceilings, to rise to the expectations of the common man, who is no more a sitting duck, as proved in december-2013.

Now the 7th cpc is round the corner, we should start thinking with our brain and not with our hearts as the latter will deceive us as did in the issue of da merger clause with 6th cpc. The most legitimate demand should be to raise the salary by a multiplication factor of approx 4, which is the product of multiplication of DA as on 01/01/2014 and the cumulative gdp growth of the decade from 2006 to 2015.
